Assumptions
The costs (and/or timeframe) provided within this document is an estimation of the time required to complete the project based on our initial understanding of the requirements and previous experience. In the event there is a change of scope, or should our understanding differ due to information/material provided after commencement of the project, then you will be notified of the additional time and charges required in order to meet the aims.
To ensure a seamless delivery of the project, Juicebox requires written approval at each of the key stages of the project (as outlined in this specification document) before commencing with the next stage. Once written approval has been received, this is confirmation that we can proceed to the next stage of the project. Variations or changes after the approval has been given may result in additional costs.
If the project is delayed or paused due to other competing priorities at your end, meaning you are not in a position to meet the agreed milestones or deadlines, it may result in additional project management costs which will be quoted if required.
In the event there is no correspondence from you for a period of 3 months, Juicebox reserves the right to cancel a project and invoice for all time spent on the project up until that point.
What we create for you at Juicebox, and once completed, is wholly your intellectual property. This includes the Copyright of all artwork and design.
Your privacy is very important to us, and for that reason Juicebox will never share any sensitive information about your project, processes, intellectual property or business strategy, unless in the unusual case that we are instructed to by legal authorities.
Juicebox is happy to sign any documentation to validate the previous statement.
Client Responsibilities
Silk Hospitality is required to respond to Juicebox requests in a prompt manner in order to keep the project on schedule. Additionally, requested content, imagery, design and development feedback will be required to be delivered within the outlined time frames within the project schedule. Failure to do so may result in a delay of the completion of the project.
In order for Juicebox to deliver this project, Silk Hospitality shall be responsible for:
- Provision of a project manager within Silk Hospitality for this project.
- Timely response to requests, feedback and approvals as defined and agreed in the production timeline.
- Supplying requested content and photography if required.
- Working collaboratively with Juicebox to test and approve the website.
Third-Party Integration Disclaimer
If the capabilities or rules associated with a third-party plug-in or service are changed in future, Juicebox will not be held liable. All functionality outlined in this documentation is based on that offered by third-party services or plugins as of the date of this document. Such integrations and plugins include but are not limited to:
- Any form of Live Chat
- Gravity Forms
- Facebook Pixel Tag
- LinkedIn Insights Tag
Similarly, if a plug-in or third-party service fails to render its services, Juicebox will not be liable for any changes this may require on the website.
